Long time no post! Will update loads soon, got lots of exams and work going on at the moment, i am missing blogging!

CLOTHES SHOW LIVE & SIMPLE SHOES COMPETITION.

Today with my school i went to Clothes Show Live in Birmingham!
I loved it a lot. The main show is my favourite, Presenters were Elle's very own style tester Louise Roe and Big Brother's little brother's George Lamb.

Then we heard music from up and coming British boyband, Vice.
Then the show began and it was spectacular. The dancers were amazing and the models clothes i loathed over. here are a few of my favourite snaps.




Okay, I know what you are all thinking. What did she actually wear to Clothes Show Live? I wore this:

Miss Selfridge puff sleeve top, Urban Outfitter lace panelled leggings, Black Skirt from Jennyfer, Vintage Red Scarf, Topshop Leaf Necklace, and of course my beautiful new Simple PEStoe boots!
Actually, do you remember them too?
Remember these beautiful shoes i was sent from the lovely Simple Shoes?

But i only had one shoe? I have been united with my left shoe! So i wore my new boots to Clothes Show and i got a lot of compliments and they didn't believe me that the shoe was completly recycled!

I even did it myself at Clothes Show but the picture is a bit blurry.

I got a few odd looks for doing that, but you get the idea of the competition.
So now you are all thinking, hmm what are the chances of me winning a competition like this?
The more creative the entry the better, because once you’ve uploaded the picture, the daily winners will be determined by popular vote. I’ve attached a picture of myself putting my feet up as a bit of taster of what we’re looking for.

Also I did make a few purchases from The Clothes Show, a dress and a top which will probably featured in a next outfit post, so watch out!

THE SATURDAYS. the new iconic stylish girl band?

The Saturdays started out late 2008 in Britain when they released there single 'If this is love' which went to number 8 in the charts. And ever since this time last year, The Saturdays have become huge, and are known for there gorgeous outfits and stunning videos and there upbeat dance songs.

But now you see them in adverts, magazines and out at parties and premieres wearing gorgeous outfits!










What do you all think, stylish girl band? Iconic girl band? Better than Girls Aloud and the Pussycat dolls?

INSPIRATION FROM SEQUINS.

Okay, it's been a while since my last blog post but i have been very busy with essays to write! It's so tiring when you realize how little time you have when you have super tight deadlines!
and HAPPY DECEMBER! now officially 22 days till Christmas, it's really not long at all!
But something which has been on my mind recently is sequins. Sequins seem to be all over the big British high street stores such as Topshop, Miss Selfridge,Oasis,New Look and so on.

Where is my other shoe?

Simple shoes, an eco-friendly shoe company emailed me and sent me some shoes.
But this morning at around 8.30am, i was woken up by the delivery and i got all excited, well obviously you would when you know it's shoes!
Only to find a letter telling me inside about the 'where's my shoe competition.'
another fashion blogger has my other shoe and i have theirs!
It made me laugh a lot at first, as it's a really odd but cool idea. Basically Simple Shoes want me to search for the blogger with my other shoe and when i find them, to make friends with them!
Hopefully i can find my perfect match soon, otherwise what shoes am i going to where to clothes show live?!

Military Jacket, a new fashion must-have?

Earlier today i was browsing through some of my old fashion magazines, and i came across this image. An Image of a Balmain Military Jacket. I love them, and i think military is slowly creeping back into fashion. Cheryl Cole starts us off with wearing a military jacket in her video for her first solo single, Fight for this love. Following by her appearances on x-factor and on Children in Need wearing military.


On her first performance as a solo artist on X-factor sporting the military style very well. But my all time favourite military jackets have to be the Balmain and the Balmain inspired jackets!

A new approach to fashion blogging.

Okay, you've always seen my fashion collages done on the computer, but i love cutting images out of magazines too. The pictures are from various weekly English glossy magazines.
